Mette Miriam Sloth (formerly Mette Carendi) holds an MA in Psychology and Philosophy, specializing in relational dynamics and emotional regulation. She has run an independent practice offering therapy, counseling, supervision, and teaching since 2012. Her unique method is a fusion of classical psychological knowledge, attachment theory, and deep energetic work.

Mette is the author of three books focusing on attachment, close relationships, and emotional development:
