Sune’s path into the therapeutic field did not go through the classroom, but through a uncompromising life journey ("The School of Life").

• From Psychiatry to Healing: Personal experience with anxiety, depression, and the established psychiatric system has given him an inside-out understanding of the mind's dark corners—and the way out.

• The Pain Body as Teacher: Years of battling chronic physical pain taught him to navigate the body's energetic signals and find the key to self-healing when medicine fell short.

• The Masculine Dark: An in-depth, empirical exploration of sexuality, polarity, and masculine identity. He has tested theories on his own body to find the core of masculine responsibility.

Sune’s abilities as an energy worker have emerged from within through what he describes as direct access to knowledge ("downloads").

• Energy Vision: An ability to see energetic structures, blockages, and potentials in a person's field. He sees the "architecture" of the human being.

• Autodidact Studies: Sune has dedicated decades to the self-study of Barbara Brennan’s energy medicine, Eastern philosophy, shamanism, and evolutionary psychology. He doesn't just read the books; he tests them.

As an M.Sc. in Social Science and Communication and a systems thinker, Sune Sloth has always had a need to understand, measure, and validate the processes that create real change. This approach culminated in the authorship of an in-depth research report (2025), which systematically mapped the effects of Mette's transformation work.

From Stuckness to Flow: A Qualitative Study

• Trauma Neutralization: Clients report an embodied transformation where traumas are neutralized, and the emotional charge is removed from old memories, turning them into the past.

• Parallel Effects: The study demonstrated that this process shows striking similarities to the effects of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy and Near-Death Experiences (NDEs), placing the work in a unique and strong scientific context.
