Terms and Conditions for Purchase of:


Punch Cards, Workshops, Single Sessions, Couples Therapy, etc.

💰 Pricing and Billing:

✔️ All prices are inclusive of VAT.
✔️ The applicable price is the one stated in our booking system at the time of purchase. Any price changes will be reflected when selecting the service.
✔️ You will receive an invoice via email with details of your appointment and guidance on how to find us online or in person.

❌ Cancellation:

🔹 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a session.

🎟 Punch Cards:

✔️ Punch cards are non-refundable.
✔️ Validity: The punch card has an expiration date of 2 years from the date of purchase.

⏳ Termination and Compensation:

⚠️ We reserve the right to terminate the punch card before expiration if:

  • The service is discontinued.

  • A serious illness or other unavoidable event prevents us from offering the service.
    💰 In such cases, compensation will be provided as a refund for the remaining clips, based on their original value at purchase.

💳 Installment Payments:

✔️ If purchasing a punch card through installment payments, all scheduled payments must be fulfilled.
⚠️ If a payment is missed, the punch card will be suspended and cannot be used until the installment is paid.

🔑 Clip Card Code & Transfer:

✔️ The code is personal and may only be shared with one other person.
✔️ Sharing the code is at your own risk – we do not cover any misuse.
✔️ If transferring the code, you must first send the code to us via our contact form and inform us of the transfer.
✔️ A punch card can only be transferred once to prevent misuse.

🔒 GDPR & Data Security:

✔️ We securely store your GDPR data via our booking system provider.

📜 General Terms:

✔️ When purchasing services, all payment obligations must be fulfilled.
✔️ The price listed at the time of purchase in our booking system is binding, even if it differs from the price listed on our website.
✔️ These terms and conditions were revised on March 1, 2025.
✔️ Prices may change without notice, and no refunds will be given for previously purchased services affected by price changes.
